Collective Bargaining Agreement And Wage Determination
(a) contractors who provide contracts of $2,500 for services substantially identical to those provided at the same location must pay wages and ancillary benefits (including wages and accrued benefits and anticipated increases) at least equivalent to those contained in a bona foi collective agreement entered into under the previous contract. This requirement is self-conclusive and is not related to the inclusion in the succession contract of a fixing of wages or wage and auxiliary conditions of the collective agreement of the previous contractor. This requirement does not apply if the Minister of Labor finds: (b) For contractual measures other than sealed offers, a new or amended collective agreement is in compliance with 41 United States.
